Instead of a rigid line snatching hard against every wave, the LineSnubber's elastomer core stretches smoothly, then a patented internal nylon webbing limiter engages to safely arrest further stretch, so your boat rides gently at the dock or on a mooring without the jerking, chafe, and noise of an unprotected line. Two 316 stainless steel carabiners make it quick to rig between an existing dock line and a cleat or piling, with no splicing or hardware changes required.
