Interlux Fiberglass Bottomkote NT is an ablative antifouling bottom paint formulated with Dual Resin Technology to control fouling on boat hulls below the waterline. This paint is also suitable, in a hard-coat application of 2-3 coats over a properly primed metal surface, for underwater metal fittings such as trim tabs, shafts, struts, propellers, and thru-hull fittings, where a hard antifouling finish holds up better to abrasion and higher RPM exposure than on the main hull. It is not intended for use on aluminum surfaces or aluminum outdrives; aluminum boats and components should instead be coated with an aluminum-safe antifouling paint such as Trilux.
