Formed from 18 gauge marine grade 304 stainless steel and finished with a mirror polish, each SkegPro guard bolts directly over the factory skeg using included self-locking hardware, so there is no drilling and no permanent modification to the drive. An integrated drain hole keeps water from pooling behind the guard, which helps prevent hidden corrosion and freeze damage during winter storage.
