That construction also delivers a 4-inch minimum bend radius, versus an 8-inch minimum bend radius on standard control cables, so it is well suited to complex routing, long cable runs, or performance and bass boats where a tighter, more direct feel is wanted.

The cable uses a 0.34-inch super tough HDPE outer jacket that resists abrasion, UV exposure, salt water, chemicals, gasoline, and oil, over 0.033-inch oil tempered lay wires for strength and consistent performance.
