The cable is protected by a 0.34 inch super tough HDPE jacket that resists abrasion and withstands UV exposure, salt water, chemicals, gasoline, and oil. Inside, 0.033 inch oil tempered lay wires provide strength and performance, and the core wires carry moisture protective seals for corrosion resistance. Stainless steel terminals and brass fittings are used at the connection points for added corrosion protection. Every CCX20526 cable is lubricated for life at the factory and is made in the U.S.A.
