Each brush head features durable medium-firmness polystyrene bristles set in a solid wood block wrapped in a rubber bumper to protect topsides from accidental knocks. The block locks securely into any Shurhold handle (fixed-length or telescoping, sold separately), so one handle serves every brush and accessory in the Shurhold system. Choose the 6 inch brush for tight cockpits, lockers, and detail scrubbing, or the 10 inch brush for faster coverage on wide deck and hull sections.

This brush line is sold by brush size only; bristle firmness and color are fixed at medium yellow polystyrene across both sizes. Pick the 6 inch brush (Part 955) for detail work, smaller boats, or confined spaces where maneuverability matters. Pick the 10 inch brush (Part 985) for larger decks and hulls where covering more surface area per stroke saves time. Both sizes share the same rubber-bumped wood block and universal Shurhold handle connection, so you can mix sizes on one handle as needed.
