T-H Marine ILS Inline Scupper Check Valve, Double Barb - Available in 3/4" to 1-1/2" Hose

The T-H Marine ILS Series Inline Scupper Check Valve is a double-barb, in-line fitting that installs between two runs of marine hose in a boat's scupper or livewell drain line. Inside, a thermo-plastic flapper opens under outflow pressure to let bilge or deck water drain overboard, then seats closed to block water, following waves, or backwash from pushing back up into the boat. The chemical resistant plastic body and black finish are built to handle continuous exposure to bilge water, saltwater spray, and fuel/oil residue without swelling or cracking. Because it is a barbed inline valve rather than a thru-hull fitting, it drops into an existing hose run using standard hose clamps on both ends, making it a straightforward upgrade or replacement for boats that are taking on water through their scuppers at rest or under way.

This valve is sold by hose size, so measure the inside diameter (ID) of the scupper or drain hose you are installing it into before ordering. It is available in a 3/4 Inch hose version (ILS-750) for smaller livewell and deck drains, and a 1-1/2 Inch hose version (ILS-1500) for larger bilge and self-bailing scupper lines.
