Press and release the AutoDeploy button and the anchor lowers smoothly and quietly on its own; there is no need to stand by and watch it go down. As the anchor nears the bottom, the winch transitions from steady power-deploy to releasing rope in short bursts a few feet at a time until enough rope is out, then it locks to hold boat position. If wind or current causes the anchor to drag, simply press AutoDeploy again to let out more rope and reset the hold. You can also power the rope in or out manually at any time using the simple three-button UP / DOWN / AUTO DEPLOY control, and a wireless remote is included for hands-free operation from anywhere on the boat.
