Tuff-Coat CP-10 is a two-component water-based epoxy primer engineered to grip the surfaces that give ordinary primers trouble: concrete, wood, fiberglass, masonry, and previously painted surfaces. Because it bonds to damp concrete, it is a proven choice for docks, seawalls, boat lifts, and other marine and wet-environment structures where materials rarely get a chance to dry out completely before coating. Mixed at a simple 1:1 ratio, this epoxy primer lays down a tough, adhesive foundation coat that improves topcoat adhesion and durability, without the VOCs or isocyanates found in solvent-based primers.

Sizes & Options
Tuff-Coat CP-10 is offered in a Quart Kit (two 16 fl oz components covering about 50 square feet) and a Gallon Kit (covering about 250 square feet). Choose the Quart Kit for small repairs, touch-ups, or test patches, and the Gallon Kit for full dock decks, seawall faces, or larger fiberglass and concrete surfaces. Because pot life is only 90 minutes once mixed, size your kit to the area you can prime in one working session rather than buying extra for later use.
