Bob's Machine 100-105001 Clamp-On Motor Adapter Plate for Kick-Back Jac Plates, Up to 115 HP
The Bob's Machine 100-105001 Clamp-On Motor Adapter Plate is an optional accessory that allows clamp-on outboard motors to be mounted to a Bob's Machine Kick-Back Jac Plate. It is designed for use with Bob's Machine Kick Back Jacs, giving boaters with clamp-on motors the same kick-up jack plate functionality available to bolt-on motor setups.
The adapter plate is rated for outboard motors up to a maximum of 115 HP and uses the BIA bolt pattern. Delrin rollers and bearings provide smooth, long-lasting operation and pivoting without the need for chains or springs. Integrated locking pins keep the plate from kicking out when the motor is in reverse or while trailering. Pivot points are greaseable via automotive zerk fittings for easy long-term maintenance, and a motor tether attachment point is included for added safety.
As with the Kick-Back Jac Plate it is designed to work with, this adapter plate is not intended to encounter obstructions at speeds over 5 MPH, and only in the forward direction; it is not designed or intended to encounter obstructions while the boat is operated in reverse.
