Sea-Dog corner fittings join and secure handrail tubing at fixed angles on deck rails, bimini frames, and rail systems built from 1 inch outer diameter tubing. Investment cast from 316 stainless steel, these fittings resist corrosion in saltwater environments and are engineered to the same tube dimensions as OEM rail hardware, so they integrate cleanly with existing 1 inch rail runs. Each fitting secures with set screws tightened using a 1/8 inch Allen wrench, giving a rigid, rattle-free joint without welding or brazing.
The line covers the two most common corner junctions on a boat rail layout: a 3-Way fitting for T-junctions and corner turns where three tube runs meet, and a 4-Way fitting for cross junctions where four tube runs meet at a single point. Both share the same 1 inch tube sizing and 316 stainless construction, differing only in the number of tube legs each fitting accepts.
