Unlike traditional rigid rub rails that require heating and forming to follow a hull's curves, SuproFlex needs only minimal heat and no pre-forming, so it bends around bow curves and transom corners without cracking, whitening, or kinking. Each kit ships predrilled to match factory fastener spacing, and the stainless steel hardware is included, so installation is a matter of aligning the rail and driving screws rather than measuring and drilling from scratch.

SuproFlex is built for boats that see real work and real weather. The rigid inner core keeps the rail from deforming under dock impacts and fender pressure, while the softer outer face cushions the hull and dampens vibration when coming alongside a dock or another vessel. It resists UV, saltwater, and fuel exposure over years of exterior exposure, and the black finish is co-extruded through the profile rather than painted or coated, so scuffs and scrapes do not expose a different color underneath.
